API conencting Discord and a download website

HI, id like to build some kind of connection between my discord server and a website (login secured), so when a user paste a file url from this website, the bot uses the API to go to the website, download the item and retrieve to Discord as a direct link ( so the user dont need to login into the website) or leave discord;
