Dry goods APP

We are a fruit and veg company, and need someone to develop an app for in-house to show inventory stock for our dry goods. Example when we sell something, it is minus'd off either by scanning the product on the app. Also can you develop something that works with MYOB? so when we sell something in MYOB, it automatically deducts it from the app. When the product comes in, our staff will then manually enter it into the app /or website.
