Forum Setup With Badged Groups

I need a complete forum installed at www.derechtsepen.org/forums. You are free to work with whichever engine you know best—phpBB, MyBB, or Discourse—so long as the finished space is secure, fast, and easy for me to maintain.

Key requirements
• Two visible user groups: “Staff” and “Donators”, each showing a distinct badge beside every post and on profile pages.
• Donation workflow tied to a payment gateway; a successful payment should automatically place the user in the Donators group (or renew their status).
• Clean URL structure under /forums and a theme that feels native to the main site.
• Admin area access for me with clear instructions so I can add more groups or badges later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Forum reachable at /forums without errors.
2. Badges display correctly on new and existing posts.
3. Test donation processes through the chosen gateway and converts the user to Donator automatically.
4. Written hand-over notes covering software version, installed plugins/extensions, and any custom code changes.

Once those four points check out I will release the milestone.
