mvc application migrate to aws

I am in need of an experienced developer to help me migrate my .NET MVC application to AWS. I am not sure if I have an AWS account setup yet, so the developer chosen may need to help me with that as well. The main functionality of the application that needs to be migrated is database operations. I am expecting the developer to have extensive knowledge of the AWS platform and MVC application platform, in order to ensure a successful migration. This project requires accuracy and efficiency, and the developer must be able to present detailed reports of the migration progress.
