CI Project Upgrade to CodeIgniter 4

### **Project Title: Convert CodeIgniter (CI) Project to CodeIgniter 4 (CI4)**

#### **Project Description:**

I have an existing web application built using **CodeIgniter (version 2 or 3)**, and I want to upgrade the codebase to **CodeIgniter 4 (CI4)**.

The current project includes controllers, models, views, database interactions, and some custom libraries. The goal is to have a fully working CI4 version of the project, following best practices of CI4 such as namespaces, PSR-4 autoloading, and improved routing.

#### **What I Need:**

* Convert all controllers, models, and views to be compatible with CI4.
* Migrate the database connection setup and queries to use CI4’s improved Query Builder or Models.
* Implement routing in the CI4 way (routes.php configuration).
* Convert any custom helpers, libraries, or core modifications.
* Ensure the project is functional and runs without errors in CI4.
* Provide basic documentation on how to run the project in CI4 environment.

#### **Project Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of CodeIgniter 3 and CodeIgniter 4.
* Experience with MVC architecture, PHP 7.4+ (or PHP 8), and Composer.
* Attention to detail to ensure data and features are preserved.
* Proper handling of sessions, authentication, and security practices.

#### **Deliverables:**

* Fully converted project code.
* A README file with setup instructions (dependencies, database setup, etc.).
* Working project running in CI4.
