Onboarding/Offboarding Web Application using ASP.NET Core MVC, SQL Server, and Auth0

Project Overview:
I am seeking an experienced developer to build a website that will streamline employee onboarding and offboarding. The website will be developed using ASP.NET Core Web App (MVC) with SQL Server as the backend database. User authentication and management will be handled via Auth0.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop the Application:
Build a clean, modular ASP.NET Core MVC application.
Implement a responsive, modern UI using Bootstrap 5 (or similar framework) for rapid development.
Database Management:
Design and implement the SQL Server database schema to manage basic employee data.
Utilize Entity Framework Core for data access and management.
Authentication & Security:
Integrate Auth0 for secure user authentication, including support for login, registration, password management, and multi-factor authentication as needed.
Feature Development:
Develop intuitive forms and workflows for onboarding and offboarding processes.
Testing & Documentation:
Write clean, maintainable code and provide comprehensive documentation.
Conduct integration and performance testing to ensure application robustness and security.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience with ASP.NET Core MVC and C#.
Strong proficiency in SQL Server (on-premises) and database design principles.
Hands-on experience integrating Auth0 or similar third-party authentication services.
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap 5) and responsive design.
Security & Compliance:
Understanding of secure coding practices and regulations for handling personal information.
Experience with SaaS architectures and multi-tenancy is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Ability to communicate clearly and provide regular progress updates.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Deliverables:
Complete source code for the ASP.NET Core MVC application with integrated Auth0 authentication.
SQL Server database scripts and Entity Framework Core setup.
Documentation covering setup, deployment, and usage instructions.
A demo environment or walkthrough of the application functionality.
Project Timeline & Proposal:
