.Net Core 8 MVC Web Application with SCSS and Bootstrap

I am looking for an someone with .Net Core 8 developer with expertise in MVC architecture. The requirement is to create a .Net Core 8 WebApplication (MVC). The view part will be done using "https://github.com/DashboardPack/architectui-html-theme-free" which uses scss files instead of CSS based on BootStrap 5.
