.NET MVC Web Calendar Application

Bootstrap MVC Calendar Web Application for a venue.
The calendar shall be able to have configurable month periods (12 May - 24 June)
The calendar shall be able to have configurable time periods (for example 10:00 - 11:00, 11:00-12:30, 12:30-19:00 etc) which can be applied to the above month periods.
As a result, the front-end user sees that from 12 May until 24 June he can book one of (10:00 - 11:00, 11:00-12:30, 12:30-19:00) time periods. The time periods of 24 June - 30 August, may differ.
Admin shall be able to add events with description for dates and time periods (backend), edit em, delete em (example: 13 May, 10:00-11:00 Cocktail Party)
Users shall be able to see on the front-end the time periods, the free and booked times and dates (no more information, just green and red)
The idea is that the admin can rent a place, per hour, per two hours etc.
For the month of June, he may want to rent the place from 10:00 till 17:00 every two hours, and after 17:00h he wants to allow renting it for 6 hours only (rest of the day).
For the month of July, he may want to rent the place from 10:00 till 18:00 every hour, and after 18:00h he wants to allow renting it for 7 hours only.
Admin shall be able to disable specific time periods (not available for rent).
Front end user shall be able to see what is booked and what is free.
Admin shall be able to add users (username, password, email) and decide if his calendar will be publicly visible or for registered users only.
Front end shall provide a password reset procedure for the users.
Password shall be encrypted.
