Laravel Food App Enhancements

I have an existing Laravel-based food web app that is stable in production, but it needs two key upgrades along with a visual polish. The priorities are:

• User review & rating system – authenticated visitors must be able to leave star ratings and written comments on dishes. Average scores should display instantly without page refresh and paginate cleanly.

• Recipe sharing feature – logged-in users should be able to submit their own recipes (photo, ingredients, steps, prep time). Submissions go live after my manual approval from the admin dashboard.

Both additions must respect the current email-and-password authentication flow; social logins are not required right now. While implementing, please keep the Blade templates tidy, follow Laravel’s MVC conventions, and ensure the new UI elements match our existing color palette so the upgrade feels native rather than bolted on.

There is no hard deadline—I care more about clean, testable code and thoughtful UX than speed. We can agree on milestones for design mock-ups, feature builds, and final QA before release.
