Establishing USB and Wifi Communication using VC++

the scope of this project is to create a dll that would communicate with an external device using usb and Wifi. This has to be written as a dll where the physical layer is selected (usb / wifi) and then data is sent and received.

Project needs to be done using VC++
DLL needs to be delivered with functions that can be used by another application.
