Employee Time Tracking App using .NET Core and SQL server

I'm in need of a .NET Core application that focuses primarily on employee time tracking. Here's a bit more detail on the requirements:

Requirement:
1. Website should be attractive and responsive. Should be able to use in any type of devices
2. Need login page, Employee TIme check in and Check out page and Reports for admin
3. Project should be extendable to future modules
4. Also need Report sgould be like Reportviewer kind of tool

Tech Stach:
1. Latest .Net core (C#)
2. MS Sql Server ( table structure will given by us)
3. Responsive
4. Top or Left Menu
