Dotnet MVC & OKTA Authentication

I am looking for a freelancer to help me set up authentication on a new project I am working on. This project is for personal use and the authentication I would like to use is OKTA. The project is built using Dotnet MVC, so previous experience in this technology is necessary.
Need to resolve the error The Anti-forgery cookie token and form field token do not match.
