BUILD POC USING .NETCORE MVC

We are looking for someone who can help us build a POC (proof of concept) project to demonstrate the capabilities of the application. This will be presented to the senior leadership to propose new product development. The POC must contain the following features. We will provide the initial database script (you are free to change it if needed – with approval from our end), the UI theme we will use in the application, and any other related material.
