Assistance Manager with .NET Application Development experience

We need a person to take assistance manager position for our Application development department. Person needs to have knowledge in .Net, MVC, Angular at least 8 years experience and experience in lead a team.
It's going to be virtual and we pay you base project fee and equity for each completed project.
