ASP.NET Lab Website Build

I need a small, clean website for my blood-test laboratory built on ASP.NET (C#, MVC or Web Forms—whichever you feel will keep the codebase tidy) with SQL Server as the back-end. Most of the site is straightforward static content, but I do want one fully dynamic module: patient records.

Here is the structure I have in mind.
• Static pages: About Us, Services Offered and Contact Information. They can be edited in the code or via simple CMS placeholders—whichever is quicker.
• Dynamic module: a secure patient-record area where staff can log in, create or update a record and, at minimum, view basic demographics, test dates and results notes. CRUD operations must persist to SQL Server.

Because we specialise exclusively in blood tests, all copy, images and sample data can be oriented around phlebotomy and related diagnostics. Responsive layout is important (Bootstrap is fine) but fancy graphics are not; speed and clarity matter more.

Deliverables
1. Visual design that matches typical healthcare colour schemes.
2. Complete ASP.NET source code and SQL Server schema/scripts.
3. A short README explaining local setup and deployment steps.
4. Tested login and role-based access for the patient-record area.

I expect the job to be wrapped up quickly once we agree on the layout, and I am available for fast feedback on each milestone.
