I need a music producer

Compose a classical-style piece from an existing song. The song is the arabic version of here comes the bride. I would like the song to be slower than the original production. I want a slow build up in the beginning leading to a climax in the middle. Then the music progressively gets calmer, not too calm. Also, the tempo should be a little slower.
