I need a music Manager

I have been making music over 15 years. Rap music. I Need help getting my music heard that's the bottom line. I'm not huge into social media and I don't have any connections but I have a lot of music that I think some people would like to hear. If your not into rap music please don't respond. I want to work withsomebody who shares the same love for rap as I do otherwise it won't work. thanks
