I need a legit music manager

Seeking a legit music manager preferably located in a central music hub to represent me as an artist/producer/writer as I begin a new stage in my career. I have deep ties to the hip hop community and respect in underground hip hop. My debut album (self produced, written, and performed) is completed and in the editing phase and my socials are cleansed for release (4500 twitter followers). My sophomore project is also in development. I am willing to sign a record deal, I am willing to tour, and I am open to artist development.
