I need help with software instrument midi tracks in Logic Pro

I am looking for assistance with software instrument MIDI tracks in Logic Pro. I need help with pre-programmed MIDI tracks, changing sounds and settings. I have a project file that I am working with and I need help with 1-3 tracks. If you have experience with this type of work I would really appreciate your help.
