I need a great hard rock music manager

Ready to make the scene or get a record deal. Just need your help in getting my music to the right people. Once they hear it i know the moajority will enjoy them. Alternative, grunge, hard rock. Thanks. Only have 100 dollars per month to spend on management, but really only need record deal, and perhaps members to play in a band with, to accompany my music I have created.
