live recording and mixing

This project will be a mini live concert on the 26th of June from 7pm to 8pm. Instrumentations consist of a Drummer, Bassist, Guitarist, Pianists, and 3 vocalists. I want to have a professional audio recording of a live mini concert. I would like to ask if the audio technician can bring recording gear for drums and gear to record.
