live mixing and multitrack recording

I am looking for a recording engineer for two evenings of live concert at a local theatre as well as both daytimes for rehearsal. The event will require both live mixing and extracting the desk multitrack recording across a 2 hour show with guest acts and 5 piece band. As the styles of music vary, I am looking for an experienced engineer who is able to work with a wide variety of equipment and the X32 desk. Experience in mixing live music is essential, as is the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Additionally, any previous experience in the recording and mixing of live music would be ideal. All the rehearsals and shows will be being filmed by a production company as the purpose of the event is to create the promotional material for an upstarting company.
