add music to my youtube video

I am looking for an editor specifically to add music and sound effects to a video that is otherwise already finished being edited. I run a quilting Youtube Channel and my video tells the story of the construction of a quilt; there are many voiceovers (already recorded). Everything is in place but I want to add music that is jazzy in some places and cinematic in other places (you'll know). Maybe some sound effects (Be creative!) video is one hour long and I unfortunately deadline is Sunday Oct 22 !
