Transform Audio into Upbeat Pop Piano Piece

I'm looking for a talented musician with a good understanding of pop music and piano composition to transform my audio file into a happy and upbeat piano piece. The final deliverable should be well-arranged sheet music for 'Piano with Vocal Melody'. I am hoping that you will keep the original melody nearly identical, just all piano. I plan to sing this while playing my grand piano, that’s why I need sheet music. I also want the lyrics on the sheet music as well in time with the notes on there.
