Theater Play Music Composition

I'm seeking a talented composer to create music for a theater play.
We currently use famous music tracks but we keep paying for the rights to play this music on stage. We are looking for a talented and experienced composer to producer similar style music (same mood) and we would like to own the compete rights to play them.
We need about 1.5 hours of total music that are different in style and mood.
Key Requirements:

- Diverse emotional range: dramatic, joyful, tense
