A/V Tech for Meeting in Binghamton, NY on Sept. 8, 2025
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need an A/V technician to set up and manage video and sound for a private meeting of 50 people.
Requirements:
- Show a video presentation with full sound in venue meeting room (video will be on thumb drive and/or accessible in cloud)
- Set up connections to play music from an iPhone through same speakers
- Possibly bring portable speakers and video projection equipment + all necessary connections
The tech needs to:
- Visit the venue ahead of the meeting to check it out
Ideal skills and experience:
- A/V setup and management
- Experience with portable sound systems
- Familiarity with video and audio connections
