Teach me how to make meditation sounds in Sytrus (FL Studio 20)

I'm looking for someone with broad FL Studio experience to show me how to make atmosphere/ambient/chorus sounds in FL using Sytrus or any other plugin that allows adjusting music to a specific frequency e.g. 174hz, 369hz, 528 hz etc.
Knowing where to find tibetan bowl samples of these frequencies would be very helpful.
I need max 2 lessons 1 hour each. on my zoom where I can record the lesson.
