A&R Talent Scouts for Dance Record Label -- 2
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
So we are a dance record label focusing on releasing EDM music with genres such as House (all sub genres including tech, progressive, future, afro, bass) Big-Room
We need to hire a few people to do A&R alongside promotion for our record label.
The job will include finding new and established artists to release music on the label. You will also be in charge of promoting the tracks/ artists.
The work includes
1, finding new and established artists to release on the label,
2, you will be in charge of promoting the artist's/ music this will include all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook)
3, contacting Spotify/iTunes/ YouTube playlists curators and getting the artists music on Spotify/ iTunes/ YouTube playlists.
What us the label will provide.
So we will make all artwork for the release and this includes all promotional materials such as videos and posters. We will handle all aspects of distribution such as Spotify, iTunes, Beatport, YouTube Music.
Send Email's to all of our subscribers/ Playlists curators/ Radio contacts/ and Dj's to push the current track/ artist.
Get the track played on the biggest Internet Radio Station for dance music as well as added to there daily rotation .
Get the track played at clubs all around the UK and world for promotion of the track (founder of the label goes on tour as well as has a weekly Dj residency in the UK).
We will handle all admin side such as statements, distribution, royalties, analytics, management.
All tracks/ music have to first be accept by our founder and co founder before anything can be released.
There is no certain hours what we expect but the more you push the music the more money you will earn. As most of this position is commission based.
