Studio wiring and routing

I have a few drum machines, small 10 channel mixer some microphones I have an Akai force machine I have the Roland TR 8SI have a Korg Minilogue XD and I’m looking to hire someone to come and help me route everything so that everything works together well or help me learn what I need to purchase so that everything works in exact time with each other and how I can be more creative with these tools that I bought. I also have a Ableton 10 and so I want to make everything I want to route everything to Ableton 10 I want to look at what options I have I’m looking at having an engineer come and help me for a few hours to try to help me map out these things. I’ve been a DJ for about 25 years but I’m new to the production world I have a Ableton suite and I have a bunch of hardware gear that I want to have connected. Please help.
