Sound design for podcast

I'm looking for sound designer who can help with creating sound design and sound mastering a podcast. The full duration is about 45 minutes. The voiceover already has been recorded and sound design needs to match and compliment voiceover to work together in harmony. Sound designer needs to be able to source their own royalty free sounds and bg music.
Requirements:
- Needs to understand english as podcast is in english
- Needs to have a background in sound design and have a good understanding of sound mixing
