Sign Music Channels to MCN (EXMGE)

We run a growing YouTube multi-channel network for 13 years that wants to expand its roster with independent music producers who already own monetized channels. We're offering a straightforward deal: every channel you bring in and sign earns you a recurring 25 % cut of the network’s share from that creator each month.
What we need from you
You’ll focus exclusively on the music / beat-maker niche, tapping into your existing knowledge of YouTube creators to identify producers who could benefit from better ad-revenue terms,, content-ID protection and rights management. Outreach should happen primarily on social platforms—Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Discord, Reddit—where these artists already promote their work. We monetize on YT only, it is mandatory that our future client runs a YouTube channel.
Scope of work
• Find qualified music-producers (Hip-Hop/ Rap preferred) channels (+200K monhtly views, part of YPP).
• Pitch our MCN advantages through onboarding.
• Coordinate the signing paperwork; I supply all contracts and dashboards.
• We provide custom software and recruiter Dashboard account for monitoring.
Our top recruiters make +10K USD each month!
Commission & tracking
Once a channel is live under our MCN, you receive 25 % of our network split profit each month for as long as the creator remains. Payments are automated via PayPal or Wire with a transparent dashboard. We're looking for long term recruiters.
Ideal background
You likely spend a lot of time inside producer communities, follow beat-selling trends, and understand YouTube’s Partner Program rules, Copyright, Rightsmanagement. Sales polish helps, but above all we value genuine familiarity with creators’ pain points.
