Short Music Clips

We want short music beats created - 24 seconds in length - loops if possible. Please check https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLu0fIscp1uLJVucMqlq3J2DRTohdxkjSS to see how the beats will be used. We want 3000+ beats to be created. While all beats have to be unique, each original beat can have 25-30 variations with instruments being changed, bpm changed, etc.
Budget is 500 per 1000 beats (including the variations)
Timeline: 1 week per 1000 beats or lesser if possible
