Rename & Organize my Music Open

I have close to a total of 8,000 (music - songs) in my music library. One library has close to 4,000 songs and the other library has close to 4,000 songs. Both libraries are supposed to have the same songs and total count in both libraries. A.) The 1st library has all the songs together in Alphabetical order (A - Z) by Artist name without FOLDERS. B.) The 2nd library is the same songs from LETTER A above, this library has folders with Artist names in Alpha order A-Z. Instead of songs being thrown together in one section. There are folders with artist names and the music inside the folders. The majority of the music files belong to the Christian genre. You will help me organize a little and make sure my collection is clean. Your job for this project is the Following steps: * I will share the library over G-Drive and you will need download then before you start work. 1. You will glance - gaze quickly at all my 8,000 songs. You will make sure all my songs have the correct format on the file name: Artist - Song Title, You will go thru both of my (2) libraries with 4,000 songs in each. So thats a total of 8,000 songs almost. 2. If you see songs that do not follow my format or contains weird things such as (Live) or a web site URL. You will rename those files to Artist - Song Name 3. On rare occasions, there will be a song that says Track # or something else, and will not show the name of song or artist. When this happens, play the song and use apps like Shazam, Sound Hound or Beat Find to identify the Artist and Song name. 4. You must do little organizing with my folders. For example, there may be several folders for 1 Artist. You may need drag those folders into the main folder for an artist. So we only have 1 folder per artist. 5. When your done, you will upload / send my library to me on G-Drive or Drop Box Deadline is Flexible. I am hoping for one week max. We can not afford a big budget. We are a start up and do not have much funds. So please work with us. Ideal skills for this project include: - Proficiency in using music identification applications. - Attention to detail for accurate renaming. - Ability to handle a large volume of files. - Familiarity with the Christian music genre will be a plus. When you complete the task, I will need you to send the renamed files back to me.
