Remaster and Revamp My Old Music

Hi Joe,
Back in 2007, I created a demo album just for fun—it contains 8 instrumental tracks that I composed myself. Admittedly, it's quite outdated now, with low-quality production and noticeable distortion due to the music creator tools I used at the time. I'm interested in revamping this project to bring it up to par with modern standards by 2025.
Originally, the album featured simple, easy-listening instrumental music, but I'd like to take it a step further by incorporating vocals and improve the instrumental part. I’m thinking we could start with one song—perhaps you could produce it and we can see how it turns out. Let me know your thoughts on how to move forward.
One thing to note: I only have the original CD version of the album. Let me know how we should proceed from here.
