Record vocal phrases for a music project

I am looking for a vocalist that can send produce phrases / hooks for me to use in my music production. I am looking for a singer that can sing in a similar style to that of Alan Watson, the singer in the electronic music group Nero. A lot of Nero's music uses only one vocal phrase, but they are very epic and powerful. I would be looking for a vocalist to record multiple phrases, and I would be buying the phrases and rights to use them in my music production.
