Looking for a Radio Jockey / Manager

> Manage the Radiostation Dashboard - (1hrs/week max)
Upload content / fix & update schedules / program new shows / maintenance of track and playlists
> Create Shows from the files provided by the artists. - (1hrs per show)
cutting them to the specific length, overlaying advertising blocks ...
> Schedule shows and update the information in the dashboard but also in the website - (1hrs per show)
> Define one show (2x 1hrs show) for yourself as host and where you can define if you like (but not mandatory) your own music electronic/disco/easy listening sounds) - ( 3hrs per show)
> Enter data on the website (Wordpress) (2hrs / week)

These minute timeframes are given as indication and are neither binding nor fix. We work closely with the chosen freelancer and manage this project on an hourly base and count on the freelancer's flexibility to get it running and operational. Some internet research and summarizing text in your own words will be required.
Some weeks might be no recording of these, others might be. as a given consider this task minimum once a month.
We will be flexible for the hourly rate so we hope you will not abuse it neither overuse it.
We expect a trust based working together

You will be working in a team so some time constraints apply (5days delivery time max) and some coworker communnication will be requiredvia whatsapp, email or phone.
We expect minimum a weekly catchup call. Timing flexible and to be agreed with the freelancer.
All voiceover files have to be saved in local cloud folders for future use on this station. all work, voiceover and talkovers will be give free of any copyrights for the given projects.

Our project is in its early stage. We have a small budget and its for a good cause in the non profit sector.
There will be some trial and error at the begginning to figure the best way of doing things and we are looking for an open minded english speaking freelancer, willing to go some extra mile and being a reckognizable voice within our European radio station with electronic music focus.
You may also apply if only part of this quote interest you. Please tell us which ones.
We reserve us the right after a first tryout period to extend the mission but also to cancel the mission with the freelancer if cooperation does not meet common satisfaction.
Worktracking can be done in freelancer or other ways commonly agreed on.
Payouts except agreed commonly otherwise is here on freelancer platform.
