Put Blues, Rhythm and Blues, Jazz, and Cool Music to fifteen Songs in a play

I have fifteen (15) songs which I would like to put to music as a Broadway Play of the highest quality.
I am looking for Expression of Interest. I expect the total project to be $5000 Australian. For that I expect 15 songs with music as agreed upon, a voice recording of the songs by the person undertaking the task. If this leads to full Recording, then the person will organize the orchestra/band and get the recording done. Cost of recording will be an extra. In this task, a person organizes recording and produces album ready for a stage director or for mass realease.
