Property Onboarding Associate
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
The Onboarding Associate will strive to deliver an incredible owner onboarding experience while supporting our property and regional managers and setting their teams up for success. This instrumental role requires an extremely high level of attention to detail, persistence to ensure a complete and thorough onboard and experience with real estate to make sure we are gathering the right information.
Essential Job Functions – Position Requirements
Provide exceptional customer service, while being decisive, firm, and empathetic
Assist in managing communications with property owners or their prior property management company
Complete a list of tasks, document audits including but not limited to lease documents, HOA, etc., housing choice vouchers, data entry, and verification of services to be provided
Work in conjunction with the operations and business development teams to ensure all information is captured during the onboarding process and effectively distributed to teams before, during and post onboard
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Must have reliable network to access internet
Must have updated computer equipment with noise canceling headphones
Must work in a presentable environment free of noise and distractions
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
1+ years of experience in multi-site property management environment
2+ years of customer service
Strong administrative capabilities with attention to detail
Strong knowledge of computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Great communication
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Honest, Trustworthy & Accountable
