Produce a radio quality track from start to finish from my song (just vocal, no instruments)
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Hi, I am looking for someone to produce an exciting radio quality song from my basic song (just vocals, no instruments). That means the entire production - adding instruments, beats, arranging, mixing, mastering etc.
I have many more songs which need to be produced but I want to start with this one.
In addition to the Freelancer handover, I will need to sign & post to me an additional contract with a detailed copyright transfer terms and a non disclosure agreement.
The purpose of this job is for me to buy from you, the music producer, all copyrights and related rights to the music/track that you produce.
Importantly, by doing this project you agree:
1. the music track you submit (The Work) has not been previously published or publicly performed.
2. the Work is a manifestation of your independent creative activity of an individual nature and does not infringe the copyrights of third parties. The Music Producer declares that the Work does not constitute a compilation of other works.
3. that the Work is free from legal defects, in particular copyrights and related rights are not encumbered with any third party rights.
By taking part in this contest you (the Music Producer) agree to treat as confidential all information provided by me (The Buyer) in connection with the performance of this project, in particular you agree not to publish, perform, copy, forward, or use in any shape of form the song provided by the Buyer, other than for the purpose of this contest. Additionally, you agree to treat as confidential all information about the identity of the Buyer, the principles of cooperation between the Buyer and the Music Producer (The Parties), including the remuneration and the content of this contest. The Music Producer shall also undertake not to disclose the Confidential Information to third parties without the prior written consent of the Buyer, both during the performance of the project as well as after its termination.
