- Arrange and oversee the production of the music
You will not be responsible for lyric creation as I already have the lyrics. However, an understanding of how to fit these lyrics into engaging musical compositions is crucial.

- Strong arranging skills
- Previous experience as a music director
- Ability to work with pre-existing lyrics
