Please add backgroundmusic to our voicemail and convert to wave

I have 6 short Voicemails. The first one is the greeting where you can choose 5 different options (press „1“ for xxx, etc.)
I would need two things:
1.) Please add backgroundmusic. The music must be free of GEMA if necessary I would be willing to pay a one time fee to get the rights. The music should be happy instrumental music, maybe you can send me two examples
2.) each file can not be bigger than 100 MB and must have the following specs:
Format: WAV
Channel: Mono
Bit rate: 8 kHz
Sample: 16 bit
I add all files so you can listen to them. During talking the melody volume should be decreased. Thanks for your help
