Personal Piano Music Notation

I'm looking for someone who can transcribe music into notation fo rpiano and voice. This is for a personal project of mine. The transcriptions should be suitable for use by singer and pianist.
Ideal skills for this job would include:
- Proficiency in transcribing music into traditional notation
- Ability to create clean, easy to read sheet music
