Music studio professional in MIDI and digital

I have a less than modest home studio. I'm having trouble with (and always have had) DAW recording with MIDI. I'm also having ground loop issues too I think.
I don't have the time to trouble shoot atm and need somebody to come and sort out the whole thing.
