Music educator Online for kids

I am looking for a music educator to provide online lessons for kids aged 12 and up. The lessons should be 30 minutes in length, with the option to prolong if required.
The educator should use modern and engaging approaches to ensure that the sessions are engaging and effective. They should have some experience in teaching either music theory or practical music. Knowing how to play at least one instrument is also a must.
The educator should engage with the children and explain music fundamentals in an accessible manner. They should also employ a variety of assessment methods to make sure that the students are having the best experience possible.The students should come away from each lesson with a true understanding of what they have learnt.
In addition to the music education component, the educator should provide background knowledge on musical genius and performances throughout history. This should help enrich and contextualize the student's learning.
