Music composer required for producing nursery rhymes

I need a composer and singer who can deliver nursery rhymes with finest quality. I have attached the Lyrics for the rhymes. The music created should be free of copyright. It is required that complete copyrights and other rights (IP) are transferred from the creator to me. The tunes should be original and copyright free to be broadcasted on commercial platforms. The Quality of the songs and timeline is more important. The composer has to compose the songs and provide updates periodically by delivering the songs. The songs will be reviewed at each stage before final approval.

Please review the attachment carefully for audio script. There are 20 simple rhymes with tune, duration, lyrics and vocal information.
