Music Transcription from PDF to Musescore (pt.3)

I have some pdf partitions with vocal line and piano.
I need to transcribe the vocal part to Musescore in real book style.

The budget is 55 USD divided by :
35 USD at starting job
20 USD when near to close the job
Song lyrics must be included ( just to be clear ) where there is no vocal part must be substituted with instrumental part from piano ( only right hand ) like a usual lead sheet
