Music Recording studio booking facility

I had rently opened a music recording studio ,I need to do things differently ,we are living in the digital era ,time is a crucial aspect ,I need a website that will ask users what kind of service they need in case they think visiting my studio , its very nice project , a lot of people will enquire and the space and other factors won't allow me to respond to all of the artist at the same time in person ,I'm thinking it will be wise for someone to book a slot with us online before coming to the studio in person ,this will save time and this will allow us to know what's our next customer is looking for , I need the website to ask the users the genre of the music they will need to compose , it will ask instruments that the user think will make their project the best , Giving full details to us will increase the chances of the Artist to have a slot booked with us ,The more information the Artist gave us ,the high the chances of them to be booked with us , The idea sounds fun but its meant to promote proffessionalism within upcoming Artist ,most people doesn't give music the respect it deserves , I would like to know if my idea is feasible and I'm looking for someone to help me with this final part of my project .
