Making a rap song

I am looking for someone to create a high-quality rap song in the hip hop genre with beats and instrumentals that should last 3-6 minutes. I'm hoping to find someone with extensive experience creating rap music to help me get the best possible result. I'm open to the right artist's creativity and musical ideas, as long as the project remains within the parameters provided of the desired hip hop genre.
