Lyricist/Songwriter/Singer Needs Producer for Radio-Worthy Sound

I have over 200 songs that need production. I am looking for the songs to be radio-ready and ready to purchase. I am open to combining forces to become a 'band' that works together from a distance or me fronting the entire project with you doing the work from behind the scenes while you get fair compensation and/or credit where credit is due. The sound I am seeking is a bit grungy rock, gothic like NIN, Meg Myers, Conjure One and Delerium rolled into one. I have songs about all sorts of subjects in many languages as well. There is no end to how much market we can cover and I am interested in not only releasing all the songs but also creating music videos for many of them. I am thinking this could work best if I send you the rough song with a sample idea of the sound. You produce it and send it back. Then, I take the song(s) that are ready to be sung to a professional studio to record and master. The song gets finished, released with single/album/digital only and possible music video. A background/instrumental track for each song would also be generated as a future tour could happen.
