Looking for the best music producer

My dad is a very good singer/song writer. He made a new song recorded with guitar. We looking for a producer that can add instrumentale to this song and maybe adjust it a bit. Song is cover of a Spanish song but my dad made dutch and English version. So we need producer with alot of experience.
